The publishing house periodically releases the following peer-reviewed multi-author monographs:

In addition, the Publishing House publishes a peer-reviewed quarterly “Przegląd Naukowo- Metodyczny”.

Education for Security” (ISSN 1899-3524), which is included in Part B of the list of scientific journals annexed to the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education.

We publish original and review articles on National Security, Internal Security, Health Security, Management, Pedagogy, Psychology and Scientific Conference Reports, as well as reviews of more interesting scientific publications appearing on the publishing market. • Przegląd Naukowo-Metodyczny Education for Security” it  is a kind of forum for exchanging experiences and views of a wide range of content.

The aim of the Editorial Board of Przegląd Naukowo-Metodyczny is to publish just only original texts with a high level of content and language. Each of the published articles undergoes fair and ethical procedures. Reviewers carry out verification based on the principles of ethics and reliability, adhering to the editorial requirements created by the editorial committee – reviewers issue their opinions only, assessing articles in terms of content, without being guided by political or moral beliefs. The shape of the quarterly number is not influenced by the assessment in terms of origin, race or gender. Authors of individual papers should submit research results if required by the reviewer, and the description of activities related to them should be in the article. The data collected by the authors during the preparation of the article should be stored in such a way that it would be possible in the event of a request for access. The data should be saved legibly / comprehensibly and ready for public disclosure if necessary. All collected materials should be stored appropriately even though several years after publication. The people who contribute to the whole work can be only the authors. Those  who did not participate in the research or creative process cannot be placed in the work as a co-author.

Each of the authors must be sure that the text they present is completely original, i.e. if other authors’ works are used, they should prove this in the work by quoting, and if required, it will be necessary to provide permission to share the author’s data. whose work was used.

The material published in the papers should be original, especially in case of using own (previous) articles. The use of previous scientific achievements in the article and not showing it will be treated as a self-plagiarism. An article can be submitted to one magazine only.

If you have submitted an article to the multiple magazine editors, first make sure that the article has passed a positive review, and then choose the magazine  where you want to post your work

The reviewer’s opinion is important when deciding whether to publish individual articles and helps the author work on proofreading.

The reviewer must also be objective. This means that each reviewer should get rid of his own prejudices or views in the assessment of the thesis.

We must not be guided by personal views on a given topic during the assessment.

The reviewer expresses the quality of work, properly arguing the final result. Reviewers should treat the papers received from the editor as a confidential document – this means that they cannot inform third parties about the content of the articles. If the reviewer notices the similarity of articles  that was submitted to review with other manuscripts or data, he is obliged to immediately inform the editor, and question the credibility of the text.

After receiving a set of documents from a reviewer, the editor informs about their result of the authors. The editor is responsible for the proper communication between the reviewer and the author.  The editor is obliged to respect the time frames. The editor as well as the reviewer is obliged to respect confidentiality regarding the content contained in the texts.

The editor assures the authors of an objective, impartial and timely review process. He is responsible for the selection of the reviewers with the appropriate knowledge and competence to evaluate the papers.

The editor assesses the submitted papers impartially, objectively, regardless of gender, origin, race, religious or political beliefs, or due to the authors’ sexual orientation. It makes sure that the evaluation of the work reaching the author is clear, understandable and transparent. It protects the confidentiality of all submitted materials and the identity of authors and reviewers.

If the editors discover irregularities related to the construction of the work – plagiarism, self-plagiarism, falsification of data, the editors are obliged to send a request for clarification to the author. In the absence of a response or satisfactory explanations, the editors take appropriate legal steps related to copyright infringement.
